Meet & Greet is Essential

Prior to any confirmed dog boarding booking, it is mandatory for you and your dog to attend for a Meet & Greet.

After the Meet & Greet it is time for the dog boarding booking.  We will need additional information.  You can send this through prior to the Meet & Greet or afterwards.  You can fill in the form by using the following link.

All pets booked in for dog boarding must have had recent flea and worm treatment not more than 1 month prior to check.  This is as per the Victorian Code of Practice for Boarding Kennels and Catteries. Any dogs coming for boarding that have have fleas or worms will receive immediate treatment.  This will need to be paid for by the owner.

Please label all medication with your dogs name.

We can provide food at an additional cost. We find that your dog and you both know what they like so we do encourage you to bring your own food.  Please label and place into daily portions. If it is dry food a suitable cup or scoop and specific instructions must be provided.
