Pet parents can rest assured that their best friend is in a relaxing, fun, and safe environment.

At Oodles Inn, we have staff – canine and human meeting the most stringent criteria in the following key areas: guest entertainment and management, canine care, food appreciation, hygiene and finally genuine affection.

The person that takes care of your best friend is certainly as important as the loyal pack they get to play with. With experienced and loving staff on premises , you can feel assured that your best friend is fully catered for.


Meet & Greet is Essential

Prior to any confirmed dog boarding booking, it is mandatory for you and your dog to attend for a Meet & Greet.

After the Meet & Greet it is time for the dog boarding booking.  We will need additional information.  You can send this through prior to the Meet & Greet or afterwards.  You can fill in the form by using the following link.

RULES OF STAYING – Dog Boarding Sumner

First of all, the following requirements are compulsory for any booking.  We will need to view your current C5 vaccination certificate.  This is available through your Veterinarian. (You need to renew the VACCINATION CERTIFICATE every 12 months).  You can use your local vet or one located at Sumner.

All pets booked in for dog boarding must have had recent flea and worm treatment not more than 1 month prior to check.  This is as per the Victorian Code of Practice for Boarding Kennels and Catteries. Any dogs coming for boarding that have have fleas or worms will receive immediate treatment.  This will need to be paid for by the owner.

Please label all medication with your dogs name.

We can provide food at an additional cost. We find that your dog and you both know what they like so we do encourage you to bring your own food.  Please label and place into daily portions. If it is dry food a suitable cup or scoop and specific instructions must be provided.

Pet Toy/Item: You can bring a favourite item.  Sometimes the item is damaged or destroyed.
